Park within 300 feet of it and walk across a nicely mowed field. Easy Peazy
We were in the park doing maintenance on another cache and Hikeaday recalled getting an email from Ham2405 stating that there was a cacheless spot in the park. So we walked around for a few minutes and found this spot. Dropped a rather larger than normal pill bottle and now it's just sitting there waiting to give out smileys.
