Geocache Description:

Housing complex that is originally a donation from the family of Lars Magnus Ericsson - the inventor and "telephone industrialist" (1846 - 1926)

Residential area, beautiful architectural classicism style of stone construction from 1920's. Originally 71 one-room-lodgings for senior citizens "without sufficient means". Built 1927-1933 in classical park environment, designed by the City architect Gunnar Wetterling.

Renovated winter of 1998 into 19 modern family-homes and 28 student-dormitories.
