Geocache Description:

The cache is a 60ml container attached about 7m up a tree.
The tree is free climbable, though as the cache is quite high you may wish to use some equipment for safety.

There is a good view of the London skyline from near here. Follow the path North from here for about 100m to find an information board which identifies the landmark buildings. 

The D is based on the relatively short walk from nearby parking and that for half the year the cache will be in full view.
The T is based on the height but that special equipment is not essential.
