For the southing take the difference between Kiev and Dublin, then Khartoum and Praia with the decimals given by the sum of Helsinki and Lome
For the easting take the difference between Tallin and Banjul, for the minutes add Bern to Port-au-Prince and take away Belmopan, and finally for the decimals add Budapest, Bucharest, Athens and Cairo
After this little geography lesson (or is it really geography ?) you should soon identfiy the hiding place of this tiny shiny cache. After all, there's only one place it could be around here. Of course actually finding it might take a little longer
