Cardinia Creek from Inglis Road in Beaconsfield to Thompsons Road in Officer is soon to become a grand new park, Cardinia Creek Parklands. This linear park will take in the floodplain of the creek as well as some larger expanses of land north of Inglis Road. The park will form a green belt in this rapidly developing residential area. It will also conserve the natural creekside vegetation as a wildlife corridor. This section on Inglis Road has only just recently been constructed.
The Cache is a 380ml Sistema container, and has room for swaps and trackables if you would like to drop some off. It has been hidden in one of the natural although depleted features of the landscape. My son found the perfect hiding spot, and my daughter came up with the name.
The gates to the Car Park are open from 8am to 5PM, but access is available 24 hours, but you will need to find a safe spot to park alongside the roadway.
