gpsfun: I understand that the owner is not able to perform maintenance right away. Sometimes things happen and the game has to wait patiently.
With that said virtual caches are no longer permitted and converting this cache to a pseudo-virtual cache is inappropriate. The cache page is being temporarily archived since there is no cache in place.
Once the owner performs maintenance, or once someone replaces the cache under the owner's direction and permission, we will be happy to unarchive the cache page.
