Cache is along an old trail to an abandoned homestead near the shore. A short 20m bushwhack is necessary in order to get separation needed. There are clumps of birch in the area, the cache is behind a tall isolated birch. This is near Port Clyde.
Cache is a cammoed spice jar, containing a log and pencil.
