This cache is the last of the Mill Leat series and can be found overlooking the point at which the leat rejoins the River Exe. This viewpoint is a classic of its kind - oft forgotten by the locals - but a glance upstream can take you away from the hectic pace (if you can get that in Devon) of life.
A very busy bridge with foot and vehicular traffic at all times of day. Wheelchair accessible, but may need a bit of help to grab the cache.
This cache most certainly sticks out like a sore thumb. It intentionally looks out of place so you will have no trouble finding it. The difficulty comes in retrieving the cache and replacing it - and in the signing of the log
. Do not let this little one slip from your hands - because naturally you will not be able to gather it back in.
You will need tweezers to extract the log, and some patience in rotating, pulling and twisting. BYOP. No room for swaps or trackables. Replace as found please.
If you have found #1 in the series you may get an idea of the theme of these caches. If you have not found #1 in the series, this will certainly give you some ideas for what you are looking for
A unique cache for a unique location.
Congratulations to moortrekka and Mrs for the FTF
