Easiest way to the cache (and safest!) is to park at the Ridge Rim Trailhead at the bottom of the cliff, where the coordinates for "Free Parking" are. Then, take the trail up and eventually head north through the woods by an old homestead. Note the rotting logs and the nearby rock cellar. Be very, very careful as you will now be quite a ways above the road.
