S.T. stands for the Starkey Trail Bike Path that runs from Washington St in the West to Starkey Blvd in the East along Massachusettes and DeCubellis rd, There is NO Parking off DeCubellis rd so this is for Bikers and Walkers only. If you park at Little rd it will be a 2 3/4 mile walk to Starkey and back.
