Geocache Description:

A micro hidden in a easy to access spot.

Just your basic, urban micro cache.  It is in a pretty muggly spot and muggles have indeed muggled it. Twice. This is my third -- and final -- attempt to place it. I've changed the method of hide, but it is still a pretty easy cache to find; especially if you read the hint I've now added. Please switch to stealth mode when retrieving and replacing the cache and PLEASE ensure you carefully restore the camo around it.  Bring your own pen/pencil BTW. Enjoy...
