I was in the Philippines vacationing with the in-laws and thought this spot needed a cache. I have visited this place many years ago before Geocaching ever existed, but since I have returned I just knew this would be a great place for visitors and locals alike to come and visit.
Cebu Tops is an observation platform in Busay province west of Cebu City. It overlooks Cebu City and neighboring Mandaue City. Enjoy the views by day or night. From here you can see clear across the horizon to Mactan Island, Bohol Island and beyond. Bring the family and take breathtaking photographs while you visit and grab this micro.

Be Stealthy! During the day there are less people watching. There are many more on the weekends and at night. It's best to come in the afternoon to retrieve the cache then relax and enjoy the food, drinks and nighttime festivities.
There is a 100 Peso entry fee for persons 5 years of age and older.
