The cache is located in an elevated position, giving a panoramic view of Muriwai Beach, the Tasman Sea and Woodhill Forest.
There is track access to the location - one single track near the cache, but this single track can be approached by larger tracks from both north and south. Reasonably elevated above sea level, but easy terrain.
The cache is a nano cache, but in a fairly obvious location.
