The cache is a small bison tube at the upstream side of a small weir under the road.
When I placed it I couldn't tell how deep the water was at the base of the weir, but I now know that the base of the tunnel to the right is about 1.4m above the base of the culvert, so you can estimate the water depth relative to that.
