Hals- und Beinbruch - CITO im Kniebrech! Cache In Trash Out® Event

Programmablauf

Parkmöglichkeit: Parkplatz Kniebrech (Nähe Verkehrsübungsplatz, siehe Parkkoordinaten) Bitte parkt an den angegebenen Koordinaten und lauft hoch zum Treffpunkt, da dort selbst aufgeräumt werden muss!

Treffpunkt: N 49° 26.205 E 007° 47.210

Wann: Treffen und Besprechung ab 13:30 Uhr, Aufmarsch zum Aufräumen ab ca 14:00

Dauer:  Aufräumaktion so ca 2 Std mit anschliessendem Ausklingen im Wildpark mit Speis und Trank!

Das Forstamt stellt uns Müllsäcke zur Verfügung und organisiert auch noch Handschuhe und Greifer! Falls ihr allerdings welche zu Hause habt bringt die bitte mit, da wir nicht für jeden Handschuhe und Greifer bereitstellen können, je nachdem wieviele zum Cito kommen werden.

Wir werden uns vorrausichtlich in 3-4 Gruppen einteilen und verschiedene Bereiche im Wald aufräumen, so dass wir möglichst ein groses Areal ablaufen können.

Nach dem der Müll entfernt wurde versammeln wir uns wieder am Treffpunkt und werden uns dann gemeinsam in den Nahe gelegen Wildpark begeben um dort bei gemütlichem Beisamensein das Cito ausklingen zu lassen. Im Wildpark werden dann Sitzmöglichkeiten sowie Toiletten vom Forstamt bereit gestellt!

Das Forstamt spendet uns Getränke und ein kleines Lunch nach der Aufräumaktion! Ich würde mich allerdings freuen falls sich Leute bereit erklären würden Kaffee und Kuchen zu spenden! Entweder als PM an mich oder im Will Attend Log einfach angeben.

Programm

Parking: parking lot Kniebrech (see parking coords) Please park at the given coords and walk up to the meeting point.

When: Meeting and briefing starts at 1:30pm, Clean-up start around 2pm

Duration: Clean-up around 2 hours and luncheon afterwards in the Wildpark

The Forstamt Kaiserslautern (forestry office) will provide us with trash bags and will acquire some  trash grabbers and hand gloves . Should you have some at home please bring them with you because we cannot provide trash grabbers and hand gloves for everyone depending on how many people will show up for the Cito.

We are planning to form 3-4 groups so we can pick up in different parts of the woods and that way we can clean up in a larger area.

After the trash is picked up we will meet up again at the given meeting point. Then we will migrate together to the nearby wildlife park for a comfy luncheon. There will be a seating area and restroom available.

The forestry office will provide us with beverages and a little luncheon! However, it would be great if people could make coffee and baked goods of some sort. If you would like to prepare something for the luncheon please send me a pm or make a note in the Will Attend Log.
