This is one of a series of caches placed along the Little Miami Scenic Trail (LMST).
At the first stage of this two-stage multi-cache, you are looking for a sign for the Mather's Mill Nature Preserve. At the sign, make note of the year in which the nature preserve was dedicated. Let this four-digit date be represented by the four letters ABCD. Then use those values below to find the final stage coordinates.
The coordinates for the final stage are:
North 39° 25.[D-A]D[9-A] and West 084° 6.[3-B][6-C][9-D]
The checksum (add up all of the individual digits) for the North digits is 40, and the checksum for the West digits is 28.
