Leave your razors and shaving kits at home, this is a fun little public park on Fleet Street in Cutler City.
It IS handicapped accessable, a rarity in the area, there is pavement right up to the cache. There is no need to go into the park, cache can been reached from the parking lot here. I'm starting it at a 1/1 since terrain is ADA complient and with just a little looking and an eye for detail, this should be quite easy. Its not just a random container tossed willy-nilly, its camoflaged to blend into its hiding spot. And sadly, yes Virginia, you must bring your own pen.
