Tales from the Perilous Realm 2: The Dwarven Road Traditional Cache

Aye, great adventurer, back so soon? Seat yourself confortably by the fire, for I have another tale to tell you. There is talk of a large treasure hidden in the great mountains to the east somewhere along an ancient dwarven road. I see curiosity gleaming in your eyes. Prepare, for yet another quest awaits you: the search for the Lost Cache of the Old Dwarven Road!

This road is as ancient as the mountains themselves, blazed by the high dwarves of old as a path from there mines in the West to the sea. There race dwindles, though, and these days there is talk of evil things such as orcs and even muggles frequenting those parts. Thy path will leave from Deer Hollow Farm, the last outpost of civilization at the edge of the great wilderness. Up into the very heights of the mountains thou must travel, but make sure to keep to th path lest you run into a troll or such, for they avoid the path. Finally, after a long, weary journey, thou will reach a great drop on the side steep mountain, and thou wilt see a great clearing. This marring was done by a foul pack of orcs, no doubt, to feed there all-night watchfires, and there orc-scratch can be seen carved and painted all about. Search the reminance of the Great Oak, and there the cache awaits you. Seal it tight and hide it well, so you may not be the last to complete the quest of the Ancient Dwarven Road.
