Where are all the tall buildings? Traditional Cache

A little cache (a true micro, not a nano) for those looking round downtown Tampa. Can be done at night (was placed at night).

Sorry that it isn't the cleanest, most beautiful spot. More about the overall area than this spot.

This cache isn't anything special except to say...why is there so many empty spaces in such a sizeable city as Tampa. There should be more sky scrapers.

Anyhow, sort of a park and grab. No parking immediately adjacent, but there is parking all around. I have included a waymark/reference spot to one possibility though you have to be careful around around where you park because there is some street parking, some private lot parking and some no parking areas. Read all signage.
