Trackable "Hangout" Traditional Cache

There once was a a cache nearby for the purpose of being a coin exchange and unfortunately it ended up being archived.  So, I decided to make a "trackable hangout", not a "hotel, motel, or inn".    The idea was:  to fill a vacant area, make a cache that trackables could come and go as they may, and cachers could leave or take trackables and goodies without the 1 to 1 rule.  

If you are looking to "fasttrack" to this cache, park in the North area of Lowe's and make your way into the park via the wide gravel path.  I made the cache easy to "replace as found", simply make a mental note of how things are setup, and reverse the steps when rehiding.  Puyallup park hours are dusk to dawn and/or 6am to 10pm depending on time of year.
