Colored Rock Traditional Cache

Was out looking for location of Rural Schools around the area and came across this spot. Found out that the rock appeared when they dug the water pipeline in to Annaheim. Looks like it has been used by a group of locals as a coloring project each year. Paint is peeling on one side but other side looks better. Please bring a felt marker along and sign the rock(nicely) as well as the log sheet.
