Geocache Description:

Update: They changed the parking in this area. Legal parking is now about 50 yards west of GZ on the street.

Quick park and grab. I highly recommend searching for this one during very early hours or late at night. You may need two TOTTs for this one. One for cache retrieval and one to replace the log into the container. No room for anything but the log. I'm bumping this to a 2 D because you are now completely visible to all traffic.

This is the first Godzilla movie. Made in 1954 by Toho Studios, it was made as a sort of commentary about the use nuclear weapons. In the movie, they discuss that if we continue to use and/or test nuclear weapons that Godzilla could reappear again. The movie is dark in nature, but well made for it's time. In 1956, Raymond Burr footage was spliced into the film to try to draw american crowds to see the film when it was released in the U.S. as "Godzilla, King of the Monsters". This is the first of 28 Godzilla movies. (NO, the Matthew Broderick Godzilla does NOT count), There is a new Godzilla movie coming out in May 2014.

There used to be a GeckoFish and scrams cache here that was archived. I recovered the container and received permission to reuse the container. Thank you, GeckoFish and scrams! I'd also like to mention that some of their caches have taught me some valuable geocaching lessons. I recommend checking out their caches.

Congratulations to Nanu x 2 and Team Bug Bug & Tiny for FTF!
