To celebrate reaching 700 caches this week, we thought it only right to place a few more of our own.
They have been placed in the style of Bike or Hike and many other power trails, with as many caches within the shortest possible distance.
We chose this path as it is an area Mr and Mrs C spent a lot of time around in our younger days.
The path can get muddy but is suitable for buggies and all but one cache are placed close to the path. There are a set of stairs to navigate at one point but there is short diversion for buggie users and cyclists.
There is open water very near to the cache so please take extra care with little cachers
This is placed along a long time disused section of the Latchford to Runcorn Canal, known locally as the Old Quay Cut canal.

The area is very popular with dog walkers and cyclist so stealth is needed at all times.
