This cache is located in a high muggle area in the afternoon and evening.  You will have best luck finding this cache before mid-day.  1/8/2015 update. I placed a fresh logbook in the cache. 10/20/16 Update: Cache has been replaced and is ready to be discovered. Thanks to everyone for taking the time to check out my cache.
