Come out to ACC's Elgin campus and let's talk Geocaching!
The coordinates are to the parking area. Come inside the ACC Elgin campus building to the Multipurpose room on the first floor.
We will met from 6-8pm. Come learn about what geocaches are, what it takes to make one, how to let others know where it is, and see some examples of geocaches. Learn from people who have done it. It you have extra empty pill bottles, take off the labels and bring them. The event is free. Kids can come with parent.
Groundspeak has called upon all Geocache Makers (and folks who want to celebrate their favorite Makers) to host events to celebrate geocache creation and to inspire the next generation of geocache makers. Anyone who logs an “Attended” at a registered Maker Madness event will earn a Maker Madness souvenir.
