Come and join us for a barbecue lunch at the beautiful Bason Botanic Gardens. We'll be bringing some saussies, bread and some fizz. Please feel free to bring something to share, maybe a salad, sandwiches, dessert etc.

This is a chance to mix and mingle with other geocachers, a chance to swap a caching story, to get info about that cache that maybe has stumped you, or find a few new caches in the area....
New Caches!
Yes, that's right. On the day there will be a number of new caches to find around the Bason Botanic Gardens. It will be an opportunity to explore this wonderful space and maybe work off that lunch!
Plan B
The published co ordinates is for Plan A but with the sometimes unpredictable weather there is a Plan B. The co ordinates for Plan B are S39 52.963 E 174 56.997 which is at the Friendship Garden at the Bason Botanic Gardens. There is shelter but unfortunately there is no barbecue here so if Plan B goes ahead finger food will be the order of the day. You will pass the Friendship Garden on the way to the published co ords so no matter what the weather you won't miss us.
