[ENG] We often see in small countrysides, far from the capital, that goverment has short hands to maintain the order. So it is only salutary, that local people don´t despair, but give a helping hand to the government. We can see, how people of little border village Ikla have taken over the watch for traffic inspection. When you approach to the cache, please check, that your safety-belts and lights are on and speed stays within allowed.
[EST] Pealinnast kaugel asuvates maakohtades tunneme tihti, et riigi käsi jääb seal korra tagamiseks liialt lühikeseks. Seetõttu on väga tervitatav, kui kohalikud elanikud ei heida meelt ning ulatavad riigile abikäe. Nii näiteks võime me väikeses piirikülas Iklas näha, kuidas kohalikud elanikud on võtnud liiklusjärelvalve enda kanda.
Aardele lähenedes kontrollige kindlasti, et turvavööd oleks kinnitatud, päevatuled autol põleksid ja kiirus jääks lubatu piiridesse.
