The cache is located within sight of the hot tubs located at the coppermines cottages. You can either reach it by crossing the river and going for a bit of a steep scramble or, you can take the high path which can be seen about half way up the bank. The path can be reached from a small bridge by the row of cottages a bit further down track and then up and to the left.
Once at the cache location, you are looking for a medium cache box in a blue waterproof stuff sack. It has a few stones on top of it but shouldnt take too much searching. It is in a little alcove of a large rock/boulder.
Please be sure to make a note in the log book and feel free to swap items in there.
Due to me being based in Birmingham, my two good friends based in Ulverston will keep an eye on the cache as they regularly walk this area. 'annafellowes' & 'goabox' I also visit a few times a year so please let me know if any maintenance is needed and one of us shall attend.
