This Baltic cache is hidden in the Feather River Parkway nature area, which is open during day light hours only. The cache has a stamp and pad in it with which you can stamp the log and your notebook. You are encouraged to bring a stamp of your own to stamp the log. Park in the SE area of the parking lot, and follow the instructions below.
1. Your starting point is the SE corner of the parking lot, near the green bicycle rack.
2. You will notice a sandy trail just beyond the brick walkway. Hike south on this sandy trail for about 125 yards, until arriving at the river beach. You will notice a double nearby sign: a red "No alcohol or Tobacco" sign, and a green one, "Park Rules." This spot is the posted coordinates of this cache.
3. Turn left and hike NE on the sandy trail which parallels the river.
4. After about 143 yards you will come to a cluster of small cottonwoods near the trail on your left.
5. From these trees, proceed for about 20 yards to the West.
6. You will find a small cottonwood stump...about one ft high...with suckers growing from it.
7. Look closely at the north side to spot the cache.
