Warrior (Manawatu) Traditional Cache

This is the fourth and final in our “Helicopters of RNZAF Base Ohakea” series.

Cache is small so BYOP.

The RNZAF has eight NH90 Warriors, which arrived in 2012 - 13, to replace the Iroquois. The aircraft is almost entirely carbon fibre and has a maximum all up weight of 11,000 kg.

Primary roles for the NH90 are troop & equipment transport and search & rescue. The aircraft can carry 18 troops with door gunners.
