You must have found caches in 8 different countries in one day.
You will need to prove that you have successfully completed the challenge by uploading with your log a screenshot of your statistics as shown in the example above.

For challenge caches, the relevant date is the date of the actual physical logbook entry on site, not the date when the challenge was completed. The requirements of the respective challenge must therefore already be met on the day of the logbook entry.
