Very easy to walk to--can drive a car there to within 100 yards. PLEASE >>watch out for tower guy wires<< PLEASE--!! Drive on main road until the compass points hard right then turn on that road. Turn off at Forest Service Rd 703--N41-15.187/W105-26.271
Container is an ammo can olive drab (please replace it where you found it)--a short walk to find it----also check out the view--deer have been seen here--this is our first hide, so it was placed with much enthusiasm and love--with a request of: please help your kids in finding this one--THANK YOU. If you stand in front of the green building with a radio tower beside it, you will see an arrow in the cement on the ground in front of you--this is an Easterly bearing directly to Cheyenne--there is an old foundation to your right just a few feet, this is believe to be an old tower site with a beacon (ie: BEACON HILL) on it for the pilots flying across crountry. Cache got moved due to the beatle infestation and should be at the following: 41-16-061/105-25-986 http://www.geocaching.com/mark/details.asp?PID1245 SAN FRANCISCO NEWYORK AIRWAY BEACON 37 is a benchmark you can claim also if you wish to continue on that journey. Sometimes benchmarks will take you to places you have never been nor seen and sometimes very interesting.
