Geocache Description:

The cache is not at the posted co-ordinates.

Aside from geocaching, I've many hobbies and interests and one of them just so happens to be science, or rather the science of time travel.

In 2006, I bought a mint 1981 DeLorean DMC-12.  When I say mint, the bodywork was 100% mint but mechanically, it wasn't so mint, maybe around 47.52% mint and electrically, it was shocking.  Well actually no, cancel that, it didn't have the power to shock anything, it was dead, around 110% dead.  So yeah, I guess you could say it needed a lot of work.

But, from 2006 to 2014, I spent many hours labouring over my new found love.  How many hours?  Come on, I'm a nerd, I keep track of these things!  I spent a total of 3,276 hours and 15 minutes working on this baby.  How much money did I spent restoring this beauty to its original, if not better condition?  Errr, lots and lots!  I do have an exact figure, but it's not the figure I tell mrs_sgtzara it cost so I'll say now't more about that.

So what modifications did I make during those 8 years?  Quite a few, but the most important and most expensive was the addition of a fully functional Flux Capacitor.

13th February 2014 was the date I took the DeLorean DMC-12 to a private track to test the Flux Capacitor and see if it really was possible to travel through time.  To cut a long story short, I set my target date of 13th February 2020, accelerated to 88mph and what do you know, it worked!  It absolutely worked!

I took a photo of my watch when I was travelling through time, but for some reason, it came out a bit funny, as you can see below.

Anyhow, before you ask, yes I did take a cache with me to the future and I did place it when I was there.

I typed up part of the listing for the cache on my laptop when I was there too.  I'm not sure how it happened, I can only assume when I was travelling back through time to 13th February 2014 again that it somehow got corrupted but since it might be important, I'll include the corrupted text below.

So there you go, you know I obviously got back safe and sound but I wonder if you can find a cache that was placed in the future?

Good luck!
