There is a camera pointed directly at the area the cache is hidden in, but don't worry. The owners of the shop the cache is hidden in front of are friendly and sometimes go caching with their family. Cache is accessible off business hours if you're concerned about being seen, and the area is tucked away slighlty behind another building keeping visibility low from the street. Be careful parking in the area during the day, as some of the nearby spots are reserved for police officers during certain hours. The area is also near a school, so be sure and watch for pedestrians. While you're at the cache, feel free to take a photo in the nearby TARDIS. This cache was hidden by the crew of Runabout Pelican of the 1701st Fleet fan association.
