Perhaps you’ve never heard of ‘kryptonics’ before: never mind, you’ll soon be all too familiar with it. Those of you who are fascinated by puzzles have found a kindred spirit, because so am I. Perseverance and perspiration may not yield the answer, but inspiration might.
You’ll find a hexagonal blue plaque at the start point, on one of the pillars that formed the main entrance to AERE Harwell. It describes some of the ground-breaking research that was carried out here. Reading the history of the site on-line will provide some interesting background, but to find this cache you’ll need to do some different homework. Clever folk who’ve already solved the other Harwell puzzle caches will have an advantage because they’ll be familiar with the style. Research on the web may give you a clue but is only one of the things that you might try.
