Ta-Ta Boellie is old folk tale about a make believe taggy old man with old, dirty and torn clothes. He carries a big bag over his shoulder and walks with his dog and a long stick. He usually lives in strange places and tunnels.
My Mum use to tell us a story when we were naughty, that the Ta-Ta Boellie is going to catch us and put us in his bag and take us far away if we don't behave.. It worked like a bomb because there was actually a man that looked alot like this in the neighborhood.
Whenever I pass here, I think about this story and decided to name this Ta-Ta Boelie.
