In July 2013, Leicestershire Scouts relocated its Headquarters from Winchester Road, Blaby, to Oak Spinney Park, Leicester Forest East.
At the time of publication, the County team were occupying a temporary home on the business park while waiting for a purpose-built building to be completed. When I placed the cache, building work was still in progress.
Parking is available on the business park during office hours, but you must walk back out onto the main road in order to access the footpath. Alternatively, plenty of parking is available at the given waypoint on Packer Avenue, but please bear in mind that you must cross a railway line to reach the cache.
You are looking for a camouflaged film pot that was designed by one of my scouts. Please ensure it is well tucked in.
Scouting offers opportunities for young people and adult leaders to participate and enjoy in a wide range of activities based around the core philosophy of developing the spiritual, mental and physical well being of young people and promoting responsible citizenship as members of local, national and international communities.
