Last autumn, while on a bicycle ride through the city, I had 3 flat tires in a single afternoon, the last of them being in Herastrau park. I was prepared for the first and second flat, but the third was too much. I ended up pushing my bike to the nearest subway station and was lucky enough to catch the last subway, before closing for the night.
After this unpleasant experience, I decided to place a few caches containing tire repairing tools, in and around Herastrau park.
Please note:
The initial content is not for trade :) but feel free to use it if you have a flat tire nearby. Stealth is required. Recommended in the evening or at night. A flashlight is not needed because there is enough light in the area during the night. After you have found the hiding place, check that nobody is around, before retrieving the cache. The thing is a little fragile, so please don’t apply too much force.
A special tool is required and (for the time being) provided nearby.

P.S.2: Don't unscrew anything at the cache or on the special tool. No need for that.
