Rough Tor, near Camelford, North Cornwall.
Rough Tor is the second highest point in Cornwall. The highest is
Brown Willy, which is right next to Rough Tor. The Tor itself is
National Trust property, and the area to the north (where the car
park is) is Forestry Commission land.
Free parking is available at these coordinates: N50° 36.419' /
W004° 37.950'. The cache is a one, to one and a half mile walk from
the car park (depending on whether you walk up the steepest part
(more direct) or go the less steep way and walk across the
top).
The cache is on the south side of the Tor, a regular plastic box.
It is hiding under a rock, and there are plenty of rocks up there!
