When the park lays down new bark dust, they often cover the memorial plaques. They are set in the concrete base. You may have to brush away the bark dust to see them.
Lauri loved to go outside, sit by running water, and read a book. Now you can do that on this bench in her memory, placed in a public park by the Tualatin River.
The first waypoint is the memorial plaque at Lauri's bench.
Let AA be the number of letters in the first line of the plaque.
The second waypoint is the memorial plaque at Elmer and Mildred's bench.
Let CCCC be the first year.
Let DDDD be the last year.
To find the cache:

Let FF = DDDD - 1921
Cache is at N45 23.0DD W122 43.BFF
The final is hidden on private property with permission of the owner (me). You may disregard the "private property, no trespassing" sign. In the wet months, the ground around the final can be quite muddy.
Lauri was an avid geocacher and signed several hundred log books. Her family carries on this tradition.
