This family-friendly cache was placed in honor of our beloved dog, Shadow, who passed away in June of 2013. She loved to geocache with us. (Really, she just liked any excuse to be out in the woods!) We placed the cache shortly after her passing but took a LOOONG time getting it published. Now that spring has finally decided to come to Wisconsin it's time to get it out there.
The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to Cynthia Mueller of the Wisconsin DNR. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resource managed lands require permission by means of a notification form.
