If the coordinates are off or your GPS has trouble locking in, you are looking for a huge, knarly and quite amazing tree with a large trunk that is split. The tree is just east of a bike path made of dirt.
The coordinates should get you to “The Amazing Tree” and you will know you are in the right spot. There aren’t two trees like this. I couldn’t decide where to place the micro. As I considered the options Rocky the Flying Squirrel appeared. He offered to help, but made me shut my eyes and turn around as he hid the cache either by or on the tree. “Hokey Smokes Bullwinkle, the cache is hidden!”
Please put the cache back exactly as you found it. Wrap it up, and put it back. Thanks
You are a geocacher, and searching is fun!?! Enjoy the park and the tree. If you find the cache and sign the log consider that a bonus. You need to bring your own pen and sign the log to mark this as found. Good luck, and say hi to Rocky if you see him. He’s responsible for the level of difficulty here.
