Geocache Description:

A quick grab whilst maybe walking the Llandrillo Heritage Trail!

This cache takes it's name from the nearby Llandrillo Parish Church.  Originating from the 13th century the church tower has an unusual square turret which apparently once acted as a lookout post to warn of pirate attacks!  The cache is not placed within the Church grounds so there is no need to enter the gate.

It's a busy main road but there is a handily placed excuse to stop and loiter here for a few moments while you grab the cache! I would recommend if you are getting 'The Big Smoke' at the same time, you leave the car there and walk the short distance to this cache. Be careful crossing with Geo-kids.

I particularly love the meadow style lawn beyond the wall.

You are looking for a small silver coloured magnetic container.

You will need to bring your own pen and tweezers.
