Broken down in Burn Wood definately won't need a tow truck you can leave that at the parking co-ordinates. You will need however a good pair of walking boots or wellies as this can get really muddy in places. Located in Burn Wood , this public footpath runs to the south of the village of Long Newton and is home to a variety of wildlife. There are other caches in the area which are easily accessable from here either in Coatham Wood or Long Newton village.
A bespoke container with room only for small trackables. If you access this footpath from Carters Lane please please remember to close the gate as the farmer often uses this field for grazing in the summer months and the cows have got out on occasion when people forget to close it. Please be gentle no force or tools required, replace as found to avoid a chance spotting by people passing by in the woods. Thank you.
