Ruminations... Traditional Cache

After attending a recent "Maker's" event in Cary it struck me that we should be placing more "creative" caches. 

I am adding this one to the mix for those that want a little bit different one.  I plan on more to follow as I hone my cache hiding skills....

You are seeking a non-traditional cache. It is "in plain sight" as many of my favorite head scratchers are (hat tip to MHuska!)

Please be aware that the cache is located in a quiet sub-division and is close to a street with no sidewalks.  Please be cautious when crossing if you decide to park on the "wrong" side of the street.

Also, you DO NOT need to disassemble anything or go into the nearby utlity site. That would be dangerous!

This cache might be very easy for some folks that "get it." For others you'll need to 'cogitate' and use some more 'brainwork...'  There is no puzzle to this one but if you are teaming up with others to find it you might end up in some 'deliberation.'
