The PVC Prophecies is a series of caches that will lead you down a road of mystery and discovery. One thing they all have in common is PVC and the desire to find out the truth.
This cache IS at the listed coordinates. Make sure to bring 1 liter (33.8 fluid ounces) of water to help you complete your task. Please make sure you replace the cache as you found and that the container is tightly sealed. Although you might want to grab a stiff drink or a creamy cone you can't so make a quick grab and keep dry.
