From the recommended parking place take the obvious track to the top of the nearby ridge. Arriving on the ridge you immediately have fine views in all directions and you can see a nearby water tank, sheep pen and communications mast.
Following this ridge to the cache will also take you past our other cache (also placed today) "Cave with a view" - this was a bonus cache to reward your efforts!
Initially the walk along the ridge is very good under foot and compared with many local caches the whole walk is mainly easy under foot. There are just one or two short sections where you need to take care not to twist an ankle. Even the final ascent to the cache is only T3 at most.
The final cache location rewards you with superb views - enjoy!
