IMPORTANT: DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FIND THIS GEOCACHE FROM HIGH STREET OR FRENCH STREET. ONLY ATTEMPT THIS CACHE FROM ECHO LAKE PARK. GOING ANY OTHER WAY WILL REQUIRE YOU TO GO THROUGH PRIVATE PROPERTY.
This cache is unlike any other cache that I have hidden in my two years. You will not have to climb at all, but you will need to go up two significant hills. It will make you tired. I would not recommend trying this cache with kids under 6 because of the hills or at night. Thank you for the sake of the homeowner's safety.
You are welcome to take a picture of the amazing view and share it with everyone. However, this cache is unofficially recommended for winter time as the view is better, but feel free to get it at anytime of the year. :)
