Columbus Metro Parks: The 2014 Metro Parks GeoTrail is over. Thanks to everyone who visited our caches and left wonderful log entries (yes, we read them!) and congratulations to everyone who completed the trail and word puzzle to get a geocoin. We are starting plans for next year's GeoTrail.

Geocache Description:

The 2014 GeoTrail highlights 15 different animals found your Metro Parks and Greenway Trails. We invite you to participate in the hunt, and learn about these animals along the way. The first 100 cache teams to complete the trail will receive a special edition Metro Parks Geocoin. Visit http://www.metroparks.net to get the GeoTrail clue sheet, more information on the GeoTrail and maps of Metro Parks.

This cache is located in Scioto Audubon Metro Park, and should be an easy find. Be sure to allot some extra time to check out the rest of the park including the outdoor climbing wall, dog park, water tower, bike trails, wetland boardwalk, playground and new obstacle course.
