The time is un-determined. Apocalypse is nearing. These caches are intended to be beacons of safety and supplies. A meeting location were the living can come together and retake the world after the brain eating Zombies have over turned everything..

Now it might be time to play around for a bit and enjoy those you are grouped with... but I must warn you.. Over the great wall there is some scary noises.. I hope it is not anything that can hurt you.... Have a seat well youngsters play. Take a look around and enjoy the scenery, If you look close you might find what you are looking for.. And your little ones will appreciate it as well... Don't get caught here at night... there will not be many places to hide.. Good luck and I am glad you have survived thus far... I hope your losses were few!!!
